GROUP THERAPY

Sometimes the fastest and most profound healings can occur in group work, since interpersonal relationships mirror and magnify our psychological issues. As we relate honestly with one another in a group, we learn about the ways we tend to block expressing and receiving, and practice expanding our capacities in those directions. Group therapy can be particularly effective in helping to heal depression and anxiety, since those symptoms are often signals that we are not being true to our deepest inner wisdom, especially in the presence of others.

The content of group sessions is always confidential. Members agree not to identify other members or their concerns outside of the group.
